Who is Kim from Move by Kim?

Hi, I’m Kim, and movement has been my lifelong passion. From years as a professional dancer for NBA teams like the Houston Rockets, Orlando Magic, and Chicago Bulls, to teaching Barre and discovering strength through motherhood, I’ve always embraced the power of physical activity to build confidence, strength, and joy.

My journey has taught me resilience—whether navigating injury, motherhood, or finding new ways to move after relocating abroad. At 44, I’ve channeled this experience into personal training, focusing on helping women feel strong and capable at any stage of life.

Move by Kim represents empowerment, individuality, and sustainable movement. My mission is to guide women to discover their strength, prioritize longevity, and confidently embrace what their bodies can achieve. Together, we’ll build a foundation for health and vitality that lasts a lifetime.
