If in-person sessions don’t fit your schedule, I offer customized fitness programs designed specifically for you to follow at home or in the gym. No more second-guessing your workouts—every detail is thoughtfully planned with your goals in mind, so you can focus on moving confidently and feeling your best.
We’ll start with an in-person assessment (typically 60–90 minutes), where I’ll evaluate your current fitness level and gain a clear understanding of your goals—whether that’s improving cardiovascular health, building upper body strength, or focusing on glute activation and endurance. From there, I’ll create a tailored plan to help you move forward with purpose.
