Whether you're just getting started or ready to push to the next level, there's a program here for you. All three programs are self-guided, delivered through my training platform Everfit, and yours to keep forever, so you can revisit them anytime, on your own schedule, with no gym required.

Not sure which level is right for you? Read through each program description below and check in with the "This program is ideal if you" section. It's designed to help you find your best fit. When in doubt, start at a level that feels slightly challenging but manageable. Consistency beats intensity every time.

This program is ideal if you:

  • Are new to strength training and aren't sure where to start

  • Are you returning to exercise after a break, pregnancy, or injury

  • Want to learn how to move well before adding more intensity

  • Prefer a structured plan that tells you exactly what to do each day

  • Are you looking for workouts you can do at home with minimal equipment

  • Want to build real, lasting strength — not just follow a quick fix

This program is ideal if you:

  • Have completed a beginner program or have at least 3–6 months of consistent strength training experience

  • Are comfortable with the basics and ready to train with more intensity and structure
