This digital guide is designed to help you understand, feel, and activate your glutes with clarity and confidence. Rather than “just doing” exercises, you’ll learn how to move with intention - connecting your breath, core, and pelvis to support strong, efficient movement patterns.

Through three foundational exercises - glute bridges, clamshells (with optional band), and standing glute kickbacks. You’ll explore different parts of your glutes while building stability through your hips and low back. Each movement is demonstrated on video so you can follow along and see proper alignment.

By the end of the guide, you’ll have a clearer sense of:
